7:30am - 8:30am 1/ Hotels in the Old Quarter Area. Because we'll pick up many customers staying at different hotels in the Old Quarter, Hanoi so it take around 30-45 minutes to pick up all. Kindly contact us to know estimated pick up time (it depends on your hotel located). 2/ Hotels outside of the Old Quarter:  Pick up time at 7:30am - Chalcedony Hotel - 4 Nguyen Truong To - Dragon Pearl - 17 Phan Dinh Phung - Skylark Hotel - 15 Phan Dinh Phung Pick up time: 8:15-8:30am for those hotel located at  - Ly Thuong Kiet street - Phan Chu Trinh street - Ngo Quyen, Trang Tien street - Tran Hung Dao street We are able to pick up at some Airbnb and homestay in the Old Quarter area (Hoan Kiem disitrict). Kindly advise us clearly location for pick up when you make reservation and send it to our whatsapp to get final confirmation for pick-up point and pick-up time. • There is only one drop off point (Thang Long Water Puppet Show Theatre). If the tour departs on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, most of the streets in Hanoi Old Quarter do not allow vehicles due to the Night Market on the weekends.  In that case, there is walking only.
