• Infants below three years are allowed entry free of charge, but are not allowed on any of the rides

• Please check the specific ride operations timings at the Park entrance. The park management has undertaken a Green Initiative to conserve electricity and resources.
• Apart from infants and expecting mothers, guests are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages into the park
• Breakfast entry to Theme Park is only available for Theme Park guests (at own cost)

• rides involve water. So there are chances that visitors may get wet. There are restrooms around the Park where you can change, if you want to.
• Guests can bring their personal cameras for leisure photography. DSLR cameras with detachable lenses are allowed.
• The weather is reasonably Hot during summers. One needs to be adequately prepared for the torrential rain, especially during monsoons (June to September)
• Paid parking facility is available at the venue
• Snow Park: Full body clothing is recommended in the Snow Park where temperature is sub- zero degrees. Appropriate jackets, gloves & boots will be provided free of charge with each admission ticket, on returnable basis, which must be worn whilst inside the Snow Park.
• Snow Park: Entry to Snow Park is for a time slot of one hour only, including 15 minutes for changing into snow gear
