Shore Excursions in Cancun

Set out from your Progreso port of call for an on shore excursion of Uxmal, an ancient Mayan ceremonial site about 50 miles south of Merida that is renowned for the Puuc architectural style of its ruins. Spend your day touring this UNESCO World Heritage Site, visiting such remarkable structures as the Pyramid of the Magician and the Governor's Palace and learning the history of this once-flourishing city from your knowledgable guide. Enjoy a box lunch on your return trip to port.

This full-day tour takes you  to Sian Ka'an, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. You'll explore the region by truck from Tulum then board a boat for a couple hours water safari with your guide. Go snorkeling in search of marine life. Lunch, beer, and snorkel gear are provided.
