• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• The process of obtaining the Tibet Travel Permit takes at least 10 working days and, therefore, all the bookings should be made at least 14 days in advance to leave enough time to apply the Tibet Travel Permit and post it to the available address. The bookings made within 14 days of traveling may not be accepted
• A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
• Minimum age is 18 years
• A maximum of 16 people per booking
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and upon request
• Please provide clear photocopy of valid Chinese visa and passport, nationality and occupation as soon as your booking is acknowledged
• Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
• Room Types: Double rooms comes with two twin or single beds (two people per room). Usually, booking parties will be placed in the same room. For a traveling party with an odd number of people, an extra bed will be placed in one room
• You must confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler
