In Ecuador: Time of arrival to Aeropuerto Mariscal Sucre in Quito. You will be picked-up at the airport at the time of arrival. In Glapagos. Time of arrival to Baltra Aiport (GPS) - Baltra Island, Galapagos Islands (earliest flight)IMPORTANT NOTE GALAPAGOS FLIGHTS: Please, make sure you book an early flight of arrival to on Day 1 (before 11 am) in order to follow the order of the displayed itinerary for the Galapagos Tour.However, if you must book a late flight to Galapagos (later that 11:30 am), please let us know as soon as possible (preferably at the time of reservation of the tour). We will need to modify the order of the activities in the itinerary.All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

• IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Hotel check-in time for this tour will start at 2:00 am (14h00) on Day 1 in Quito.  The tour ends at 11:30 am (the hotel check-out time) on Day 7. In case you arrive earlier or leave later that this times, you will probably need a extra night at the hotel in Quito, unless you have any other arrangements. Let us know ASAP so we can reserve an extra night if needed. 
• NOTE: Please, make sure you book an early flight of arrival to Baltra Airport in Galapagos on Day 1 (before 11 am) in order to follow the order of the displayed itinerary. 
• However, if you must book a late flight (later that 11:30 am), please let us know as soon as possible (preferably at the time of reservation of the tour).  We will need to modify the order of the activities in the itinerary.
• In either case, make sure you also pick a late flight for your return on the last day of the tour (departing later than 12:30 pm)   
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers
• Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
• A moderate amount of walking is involved
• Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
• Please take into account that air tickets to Galapagos MUST be purchased arriving and departing to
• from Baltra Airport - Galapagos.
