• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• It is recommended you to advise us the name of the hotel you will be staying in Kathmandu so we can fix the time for trek briefing a day prior to your trek.
• It is recommended to spend at least one extra night post-trek in Kathmandu to avoid missing international flight as flights to
• from Lukla are weather dependent (pre-trek hotels, meals, sightseeing, personal expenses, etc. are not included)
• Passport details are required in advance to process necessary permits (Name, Surname, Middle Name, Passport number, Nationality, Issue Date, Expiry date)
• Not recommended for participants with medical conditions 
• Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
• A moderate amount of walking is involved
• Highest elevation reached: 12,700 feet (3,867 meters)
• It is recommended to bring own personal trekking cloths like trekking boots, down jacket, walking stick, windbreaker jacket. If not than same can be also rented in Kathmandu directly on extra cost
• The tour cost excludes porter to carry your bags during trek. If you require the same then can inform us so we can arrange on extra cost.
