There are two different meeting points for this combination tour: Meeting Point #1 Via Vespasiano 46a. We ask you to please arrive 20 minutes before the tour departure time (as listed on your booking). The nearest metro station is Ottaviano (line A). Please note that you will be not able to join the group if you do not arrive at the office. Meeting Point #2 for the second part of the tour is at 1:45pm outside of the Colosseum metro station (line B), in the front to the green newsstand at the ground floor. Please note that transfers to/from meeting points are not included.

The tour starts at 8:30 am but we ask you to please arrive 20 minutes earlier.

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• On rare occasions St. Peter's Basilica closes without notice. If this happens, we spend a full 3-hours touring the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. We will list new affected dates as they become available. The tour guides aim to notify guests if St. Peter's Basilica is unexpectedly closed upon commencement of the tour. It is beyond our control so no refunds or discounts will be issued.
• The tour does NOT include a visit to St. Peter's on the 24th and 31st of December, as it will be closed for the holiday. . 
• The Vatican tour and the Ancient Rome tour are each 3.5 hours long. For English and German-speaking clients, the Vatican tour starts at 8:30 am, where you will have a 1-hour lunch break before the Ancient Rome tour starts at 14:00 pm.
• Please note - the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica maintains a strict dress code year-round. All visitors must have their shoulders covered and pants
• skirts must come to the knee. And make sure to wear comfortable shoes!
• The Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica have strict security restrictions. Due to metal detectors at the entrances of most attractions, it is forbidden to bring: Weapons and blunt objects (knives, glass bottles, long umbrellas, etc.), glass bottles, aerosol sprays and alcohol, bicycles, skates and segways, luggage, and pets. 
• Large bags are not allowed in the Vatican. There is a free Vatican cloakroom service once you have gone through the metal detectors but please keep in mind that there is no bag check at St. Peter's Basilica. Strollers are permitted. 
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
