• Berlin WelcomeCard all inclusive including public transport: Delivery either by mail (original documents) or by email (pickup voucher for collection onsite). If you select pickup onsite, you will receive a voucher within 24 hours (please print and read ALL pages) for pickup at several centrally located tourist information centers such as Tegel Airport or Central Station. Please note that you will get the documents only on presentation of the suppliers' official voucher. The exact addresses will be stated on the voucher which you'll receive by the supplier. You can collect the pass at any of the tourist information centers given on the voucher. If you wish to get your documents by mail, please provide us with your full address.
