From your hotel in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya The pick up time will be provided 24 hrs before the tour takes place, according to the selected service option. Depending on the tour you selected, if your hotel is located outside of the pick up zone, you'll be provided with a meeting point.

Pick ups start approximately at 7am each day.Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
