• Roundtrip transfer between Hanoi and Halong by shuttle bus (or private care) is available upon request. Pick-up location (from 07:45 until 08:15) is at any hotel within the Hanoi's Old Quarter Area (48-hour advance reservation is required). Further details are to communicate with the property directly.

• An advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number
