• Important note to parents with children joining our tour: The use of 3D virtual reality headsets is not recommended for children under 13 (see health & safety warning below). Parents may allow their children between the ages of 9 - 12 to use the 3D headsets at their own discretion. Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to use the headsets. 
• Pricing for children: *important for parents booking this tour. Kids under the age of 13 may join the tour free of charge if they are not using a headset. If your child is under 13 and you permit them to have a headset then you must choose the "Youth" option (regardless of their age). If you do not choose the Youth option in the pricing section then there will not be a headset available for your child. Please note that headsets may not be shared. Sharing headsets during the tour is not allowed due to excessive battery drainage and overheating of the device. 
• Wear comfortable shoes - you will be walking over uneven terrain. Travel light - try to minimize bags, pocketbooks and backpacks as much as possible. You may be wearing a lightweight bag across your shoulder.
• Tours operate rain or shine.
