Overview

If you're spending some time on the Big Island, this all-day tour is a must-do. Set off from Hilo on an adventure to the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to see Kilauea, one of the most active volcano in Hawaii. Make some pit stops at Richardson Beach Park, Rainbow Falls, and Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Factory.

Thurston Lava Tube is not ADA accessible. o Access to sand portion of Richardson's Black Sand Beach is not ADA accessible. Beach Park is partially accessible. o Path to Kilauea Steam Vents is ADA accessible via unpaved gravel path.Â

If conditions permit, walking
hiking on rough, uneven lava surfaces is involved. Sturdy, covered walking shoes are recommended.
Weather is unpredictable. Anticipate both sun and rain conditions. Dress comfortably and bring a light jacket.Â

No guaranteed sighting of active lava flows.Â Tour features can change daily as we cannot predict weather and lava viewing conditions. Surface lava flows may be present but may not be visible due to environmental conditions or time constraints.
