It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. Meeting Point is at Piazza Municipio, in front of the 'Fountain of Neptune' (see the picture attached). Our coordinator will be recognizable by his/her NaplesTogether sticker on his/her chest. In case you book at the last minute, meeting point will be directly at the entrance of the Castle. You'll be contacted in case you have to come to the entrance.
