8amHotel pickups commence 30-60 minutes prior to this time.   The local service provider will email you with your specific pickup time.  If you do not receive this email, please contact your local service provider to confirm.  If your pickup location is not covered by the local service provider, you will be given the nearest general pickup location.  

Returns to original departure point

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 7 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
• It is recommended to dress in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes. In Nov - Jun, please dress for snowy conditions
• Please note: The tour route may vary depending on weather conditions
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
• During the weekdays, mid October-April, there are limited food services available in the National Park.  Customers will have an opportunity to purchase food en route.  Also, the Henry M Jackson Visitor Center located at Paradise, has limited hours during these months.  On weekdays when the Visitor Center is closed, our tour will still visit Paradise if road conditions allow.
