• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• All bookings require one week advance request
• Please include your desired pick up or drop off point (within Osaka city only) and departure time (8:00~10:00) in the 'Special Preferences' box at the time of booking. If you do not choose a time, the tour will start at 9:00.
• The tour departure and drop-off points are within Osaka city only. This plan does not travel outside Osaka city.
• Delays or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund.
• If the tour operator has to cancel the tour due to severe weather (typhoon, heavy snow etc.) or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm (Japan Standard Time) the day before the tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and suggested a new departure date or receive a full refund.
• There is no leeway from the 6 hour time limit. If the tour is anticipated to exceed the scheduled 6 hours due to traffic, unforeseen circumstances and
• or if you are late for the meeting time, the visiting times to the attractions may be shortened or omitted altogether depending on the situation.
• The English-speaking driver does not offer a sightseeing guide service. Language support only.
• Please indicate if large suitcase transportation is required.
• For a group up to 5 people, a mid-size passenger car (ex. Toyota Alphard or a similar class car) will be arranged. Its maximum capacity is 3 people
