Sicily - from Messina or Palermo Private Shore Excursion from the ship

Overview
We shall see Taormina and its unique views and visit the old Greek theater and Roman ruins with the sea as background. Then up we go on the side of the highest Vulcano in Europe, the Etna. There we shall enjoy a typical sicilian lunch (Price per person 35 dollars, not included in fare). Time to go down to visit elegant Catania, located on the east coast of Sicily facing the Ionian Sea. Greek,  Roman then Bizantyne city e real crossroad of many cultures, fascinating. By the way also famous for its Gelato. From Palermo : Here we shall admire elegant baroque and Norman monuments as Palazzo Normanni Then Piazza dei 4 Canti where each corner is represented with: a season.The Cathedral founded in 1185 . The  Godfather movie and Teatro Politeama in the center of the city that includes 20th century sculpures.Back at the ship in botrh cases  by 5pm  - NOTE Tours can be adapted so to be back at the ship at any time you need.
