Tickets delivered to your hotel; present your official ticket (not your booking voucher) at the Lower Ground (Concourse) Level of the towers

Tour is available every hour from 9am to 8pm and lasts approx. 45 minutes. Tickets are strictly subject to availability, and the closest time slot will be chosen if your preferred time slot is not available. The final time slot for entrance will be provided to you by the local operator via email 24 hours before your tour.

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• Important: Check your email for the final confirmed time for ticket purchased
• Please provide your hotel name, address and Registered Guest Name as Lead Traveller for delivery of ticket, 
• For accomodation that is a residence or B&B, please also provide Apartment #,  Registered Guest Name and Residence Contact number,  this is as some of these places do not have a 24-hour reception or concierge.  This is to ensure timely delivery of the tickets. 
• Please advise if wheelchair access is required or if a wheelchair needs to be provided when booking. 
• Observation desk and Skybridge are closed on Mondays
• Please arrive at the Petronas Twin Towers Lower Ground Floor (Concourse Level) 15 minutes before the ticket time.
