• There are a maximum of 3 people permitted per helicopter
• For your safety, helicopters are weight dependent and subject to federal aviation law. Passengers booking together can combine weights. Two passengers traveling together must not weigh more than 440 pounds (200kg) combined, 3 paseengers 660 pounds (300kg) combined, 4 passengers 820 pounds (370 kg) combined and 6 passengers 1000 pounds (470kg). Individual passenger weighing over 220 pounds (100 kg) must pay a 100% surcharge(payable direct). Passengers weighing over 300 pounds (136 kg) are not permitted to participate

• All passengers will be weighed before flight to confirm weights in accordance with aviation laws
