Meeting place is the hotel lobby.  Your tour guide will find you by eye contact, or read your name from his/her pickup list.  Pickup takes place from 60+ hotels in Kowloon and 40+ hotels on Hong Kong Island.  If your hotel is not in the pickup list, the local tour operator will send you the nearest meeting place on google map.   You will be advised to meet with your tour guide at suggested time.

Between 16:10 and 17:00.  The pickup time shown on the tour page and your confirmation voucher is for your reference only.  You need to telephone the local tour supplier for a confirmed pickup time before 18:00 one day prior of your tour day.

Your reply of approval of this pickup arrangement and deadline of apply time is critical. Booking will be rejected If you don't approve this pickup arrangement, and refund will be arranged

• Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children are required to wear life jacket during the whole event for safety reason.

• Suspension of the cruise: When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above or Red
• Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 3:00PM on the tour day, the cruise will be suspended. No show of A SYMPHONY OF LIGHTS will be staged even if the Signal is removed before 8pm on that day.
