We will taste and experience how the introduction of new cultures and foods from around the world, has evolved local cuisine into the rich and varied palette that it is today. Hawaiian Cuisine is so richly varied that what we call "Hawaiian Food" means different things to different people. This tour will allow you to experience a behind-the-scenes, taste bud educational experience that will heighten your senses and delight your palate. Your final stop will be a Three Course Meal with a glass of wine at Pueo's Osteria with Chef James Babian.

Enjoy a lunch with a difference, surrounded by tropical flowers, at an orchid garden. Tour the greenhouse growing facility, learn about orchid growth stages, care and propagation, and take part in a guided hands-on orchid planting activity at the end of which you can take your plant home. Afterward, enjoy a locally sourced meal rounded off with a taste of poha berry ice cream.
