Your experience begins around 7pm, when you'll be collected from your Lima accommodation and transferred to a restaurant in the heart of the Huaca Pucllana ruins, a 1,500-year-old archeological complex.A choice of six menus showcase the classic allure and modern innovation of Peruvian cuisine through dishes such as yellow potato stuffed with shrimp, fish ceviche, lomo saltado (beef stew), and quinoa tuiles.
