On the sidewalk, under the cables of the Mt. Roberts Tram.If your ship is docked the AJ dock, a shuttle is available to the Mt. Roberts Tram area. $3.00 for an all day pass. All other docks are within walking distance of the Tram area.If you are docked at the AJ dock, and your tour is scheduled to depart within 30 minutes of your ships scheduled arrival, your tour representative will be standing at the top of the ramp near the shuttle stop.If you are arriving on a cruise ship where tendering is required, please allow extra time to make your way ashore

• Children 13 to 17 must have a signed parental consent form to participate without a parent or guardian

• Maximum weight: approx 350lbs.
• At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
• This experience requires good weather. If it's canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund
