Pick up your pass in central Paris (address provided on voucher)

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• Paris Passlib' Adult: 26 years and up (EU residents) or 18 years and up (non-EU residents)
• Paris Passlib' Youth: 12 to 25 years (EU residents) or 12 to 17 years (non-EU residents)    
• ­Paris Passlib' Child: 4 to 11 years (all nationalities)
• Note: Most of the national museums and monuments are free for people under 18 years and European Union nationals under 26 years
• Free entrance to museums on first the Sunday of the month
• Museums and monuments are usually closed on Mondays or Tuesdays, 1st of January, 1st of May, and 25th of December; please make sure the date selected at the time of booking is the date you plan to pick up your pass at the local partner office. You may visit the museums at another time
• Please note that your pass cannot be delivered to your hotel; this is a pickup-only service
