San Francisco Deluxe City Tour:On board your tour vehicle, traverse the city to see its most popular attractions - it's a great way to orient yourself with San Francisco and decide what places you might want to return to later on your own. You'll enjoy views of Alcatraz and the San Francisco waterfront, check out neighborhoods like Chinatown and North Beach, and see the city's Victorian homes, the Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf and the Presidio. You'll also make photo stops of about 20 minutes each at Golden Gate Park, the Golden Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks and, if there is time remaining, Cliff House overlooking the Pacific Ocean.Muir Woods and Sausalito Tour:Drive across the Golden Gate Bridge, heading north into Marin County. When you reach Muir Woods National Monument, you have 75 minutes to explore the spectacular forest of ancient coastal redwoods, some of the tallest and oldest trees in the world. Walk along the shady paths to soak up this tranquil environment. Back in your tour vehicle, head to Sausalito, a small town known for its picturesque waterfront and main street lined with shops and eateries. You have 30 to 45 minutes of leisure time to walk along the water, browse art galleries or take photos before returning to San Francisco.ItineraryDue to changes that the National Parks Service has made to the parking reservation systems for Muir Woods, from May 15 2018 we are unable to guarantee specific tour times to this popular destination at the time of booking.
