Meeting point: Meet at red telephone booth by the Apple Store at Covent Garden. Meet your guide outside of the Covent Garden's Apple Store by the telephone booth situated on the corner of the Store.By Taxi / Car: 10 James St, London WC2E 8BT, UK (meeting point will be up James St towards Covent Garden 2min walk)Note: PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR STAR TIME. Your guide will be there without a sign. The group tours consist of maximum 8 guests, so don't look for a large group. Your guide's name and phone number will be provided to you the day before your tour, please provide us with an email account that you'll have access to during your trip and a phone number where your guide can contact you for any meeting point related matter.

In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts. No large bags or suitcases are allowed during this tour. We recommend comfortable shoes, a bottle of water, umbrella in case of rain and hat during summer. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some can't be visited from the inside.
