• Tours may be conducted on a windowless bus. Please check the weather and dress accordingly
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• If a tour is cancelled, guests will have the opportunity to either reschedule for the next available tour, or obtain a refund
• Wheelchair accessible, please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required (minimum of 72 hours notice required)
• Release: By taking the TMZ Celebrity Tour, you consent to being photographed by video recording, and you authorize and permit TMZ and all persons and entities affiliated therewith, including without limitation networks, sponsors and stations, to use your voice and likeness in all media for all purposes in perpetuity without limitation. All TMZ Celebrity Tour passengers release these parties from any liability for damages to persons or property or from claims of any kind.
