• Transportation is not included to or from any attraction including Alcatraz Landing Pier 33, ATT Ballpark, restaurants, or your hotel.
• You are responsible for getting to all aspects of this tour package.
• 15 food credit is a one time must use or lose credit based on the number of guests on the manifest. One voucher per party and one bill per party.
• ATT Ball park tour is not available on home game dates, special events, and is subject to their schedule. We will advise guests if ATT Ballpark tour is not operating and will determine alternate dates.
• If Alcatraz tour is not available on the selected date we will advise guest and determine if they want the baseball tour to remain on the selected date. We will then locate an additional date for Alcatraz and advise.

We will send Itinerary Notes 1-3 dates in advance throughEmail with instructions on how to redeem Alcatraz and ATT.   ATT Ballpark is not the owner of this package. Do not call them for advice, questions, inventory, or check in for Alcatraz with them.

Alcatraz tours return to Alcatraz Landing Pier 33.

• Your date will be approved and a time of Alcatraz departure will be sent 1-3 days in advance
• Some guests will receive all Alcatraz and ATT vouchers directly by email when available. Some packages will require that guests meet at a certain time or location to obtain package components.
• Read yourVoucher for Alcatraz boarding pass pick up location or printing instructions. You must pick this documents PRIOR to going to Alcatraz. Alcatraz will not accept avoucher directly at their booth.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• No refunds; exchanges; or cancellations on any Alcatraz related item
