• Bike Rental on any one day from 10am-5pm. Non motorized pedal yourself bike only. No refunds on unused bike packages.

• Transportation is not included to Alcatraz Landing or bike rental pick up location
• Bike Rental Deposit is not included
• Motorized bikes are not included with this package. 
• Sausalito transportation or ferry is not included with this packages.

Once approved you will receive a follow up email 1-3 days in advance of Alcatraz date throughEmail. Please read your itinerary notes and voucher for check in location to pick up your Alcatraz voucher and bike rental. It is your responsibility to make sure the email on file withÂÂis correct.

Alcatraz Departures will be assigned once confirmed and may depart any time between 8:45am and 3:50pm. Once a time is assigned we will be unable to make any changes. The time of departure will be assigned and communicated on the voucher confirmation sent to your Viator Email 1-3 days in advance. It is your responsibility to notify Viator if you are traveling with another party booked separately so they may request the same boat as your party. Do not go to Alcatraz prior to completion of the check in instructions on your Viator voucher.

Alcatraz tours return to Alcatraz Landing Pier 33.

• Your final Alcatraz tour will be sent toEmail on file 1-3 days in advance with your time of departure and bike voucher
• Read yourVoucher for Alcatraz boarding pass pick up location. You must pick this documents PRIOR to going to Alcatraz. Alcatraz will not accept avoucher directly at their booth. 
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• If you make a reservation seperate from another family it is your duty to notifyso they may  request the same boat time slots
• No refunds; exchanges; or cancellations on any Alcatraz related item or bike rentals
• Guests are advised to book well in advance for best possible savings.
