You must follow the instructions to pick up your boarding pass prior to going to Alcatraz.

Alcatraz Departures will be assigned once confirmed and may depart any time between 8:45am and 3:50pm. Once a time is assigned we will be unable to make any changes. The time of departure will be assigned and communicated 1-3 days in Advance by Viator Email Communication.All bonus products expire 3 days after your Alcatraz visit. 

Alcatraz tours return to Alcatraz Landing Pier 33.
