• Our local representative will be waiting for you with your name on a name board in the area immediately after customs
• Vehicle leaves airport within 2 hours after flight arrival. If you don't show up within 120 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled automatically. Please let your driver know if you are renting cellphone or picking up JR pass at the airport, so to ensure you don't miss your transfer
• Please note that pickup vehicle may differ depending on number of passengers and luggage
• Please provide the name, address and phone number of your appointed location at the time of booking

• Vehicle arrangement may change if passengers have oversize items (surfboards not allowed) or luggage number exceeds the above limit per passenger count
