• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• All bookings require one week advance request
• Please note that depending on the places you would like to visit, you might not be able to cover all Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe during your trip.
• Please provide requested pick up and drop off location (both within Osaka city only) at the time of booking
• If needed, please indicate the specific pick up time in the "Special Requirements" section at time of booking, we will inform you if the arrangement is possible on your requested time
• Infant and child (age 0 and over) are included in the number of passengers.
• There is a possibility that Chinese-speaking driver might not be available on your tour day. We will inform you this matter before confirming your reservation and suggest another departure day if necessary
• Please indicate if large suitcase transportation is required
• For the extension of the charter time, an additional fee is necessary. Please pay the fee to the driver on the spot.
• Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions may be made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund
• If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and offered a new departure date or receive full refund
• Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the driver is unable to assist passenger boarding and disembarking. Wheelchair passengers must have a companion able to assist. (Please write in the "Special Requirements" section at the time of booking if you travel with a passenger using a wheelchair.) 
• For a group up to 5 people, a mid-size passenger car (Toyota Alphard or the same class car) will be arranged. Its maximum capacity is 3 people
